Evergreen Room

Evergreen has a King size bed with a large private bath. Wifi, TV, air conditioning, and a full hot breakfast are also included. This room is located on the second floor. Well behaved dogs welcome with a $20 pet fee. Guest access Our dinning room is available to use anytime except during breakfast. It does have a small refrigerator for guests to use. Cookies or cake along with tea and coffee are available for you to enjoy. A common room is available to read, watch TV, or just chat. Or sit outdoors on our patio which has a small fire pit. We only ask that you be considerate of our other guests and please respect our property as you would your own. Other things to note This home was built by a master carpenter and shipbuilder in the 1800's. There is a $20.00 pet fee per stay. Five dollars of the pet fee is donated to the Coastal Humane Society. We will allow two dogs per room. If you have three, please call us when making a reservation.
