This is a recently renovated 120-year-old house. There are no neighbors in sight. The backyard is a wooded area. There is a stream, hammock, glider bench/swing, chairs, table and fire pit. Across the road is farmland. It's less than one mile off the Taconic State Parkway exit, and about a half hour to both Catamount and Jimminy Peak (ski resorts). Twenty minutes from Hudson. The kitchen is the coolest room. Very modern. But it's narrow. You can cook in there, but not sit and eat. All appliances are brand new. There is also a half bath off the kitchen. The bedroom downstairs connects to the second full bath. There is a field across the road. One neighbor is maybe a quarter mile away. You can be in the quaint town of Chatham in five minutes. Be careful pulling out of the driveway. The house sits on a blind curve, and the traffic moves quickly.
