Description
This spacious, bright flat with views of the mountains, the city, and the river is located on the banks of the Inn, in the centre of Innsbruck, in one of the oldest and most charming parts of the city. This flat is a comfortable retreat for up to 6 people who want to experience Innsbruck and feel at home – it has 2 large bedrooms and a large, comfortable kitchen. This flat is the ideal base for a city excursion as well as for fitness and nature enthusiasts. The space Please note: If this flat is not exactly what you are looking for, or if you need more than one flat, please go to my profile and check out my other listings! We have 4 other (also larger) flats in the same building! The flat has all the basics, so you'll need as little luggage as possible and can feel at home from the first moment: Bed linen and towels are provided, along with toilet paper, soap, hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as washing-up liquid/sponge, kitchen roll and a few basic things like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc. I also always leave (usable) food for you that the previous guests bought and didn't need or use in the kitchen – so before you go shopping, it's worth checking what's already there. In the flat there is also free internet/Wi-Fi for you. Everything is in the immediate vicinity and is easy to reach on foot, be it restaurants, bars, shopping or museums, etc. for city travellers, or parks, recreation, hiking, climbing and skiing areas for nature and fitness enthusiasts. You can even reach Innsbruck's Nordkette mountain range ski resort on foot – the "Nordkettenbahn" valley station is only a 5-minute walk away! Even for non-skiers or summer holidaymakers, it's always highly rewarding to take a trip to the Nordkette mountain range, with its breathtaking view over Innsbruck and the Inn Valley, a guesthouse, and hiking and climbing opportunities! Other things to note The building that houses the flat does not have a lift. The flat is on the 1st floor – you will need to climb stairs and carry the luggage up. The building containing the flat is very centrally located. Inevitably, that means it is not completely quiet – you can hear cars and planes, especially when the windows is open. Parking is possible for a fee in the short-term parking zone (blue lines) on the street (cost: 0.7 euros/30 min). Parking is free there from Saturday 1 p.m. until 9 a.m. on Monday. About 10 minutes' walk away, you can park your car in a parking zone with no time limit (green lines) – the daily fee here is 15 euros.
