The reception is available from 9 am to 1pm and 2 pm to 6 pm to welcome our guests and provide any kind of help or support during their stay. To enter the apartment, online self check-in on our website is required before arrival and the uploading of an identity document plus a selfie for identification. The guest will receive a secure link a few days before his arrival. Attention: in accordance with Italian regulations, for security reasons, our structure adopts the self check-in procedure, during which photos of the main guest's document and a selfie will be requested (to verify that the document provided is valid and apart from the declared guest). Furthermore, the general data of all the guests staying in our apartments are also requested.
