Luxurious 3rd Floor Bronzeville Unit

Hi, thanks for reviewing our page. We know you can stay anywhere else, but our goal is to keep that smile on your face when you leave. Wether are you are in town for work, play, vacation, or just a staycation; student, young or seasoned professional, business traveller or adventure seeker. Unfortunately we currently have a “no pet” policy. It will be our pleasure to host you, the space has been carefully curated to provide the optimal comfort “at your finger tips” , Try it out!! The space Our space is a LONG TERM STAY (32 day minimum) beautiful recently updated 3rd floor, 1 bedroom apt. Staying longer? 8, 12 weeks or more, Just let us know, we should easily accommodate that. Excellently suited for students, professionals, and vacationers in town for a longer period; either for work, school, or relocating. It is a 3rd floor unit, (THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS UNFORTUNATELY) located in the historic Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago. You will check yourself in via lock-box keypad which is very convenient and user friendly. YOUR FURRY FRIENDS ARE WELCOME!!! PARKING IS AVAILABLE - SECURE GATED, ONSITE; LIMITED BUT AVAILABLE ONLY UPON REQUEST. **ON A FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS; RESTRICTED TO CARS, MID-SIZED SUVS. Let us know ahead of time please. **NO PARKING FOR PICK UP TRUCKS, LARGE SUVS. AMPLE ON-STREET PARKING FOR THOSE.** It features a remote controlled electric profiling bed, electronic motorized adjustable desk at your work station, remote controlled motorized blinds to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will be able to cook in your full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The heat and hot water are always working; It is an older building so the hot water may take a couple minutes to travel from the basement to the 3rd floor; and not instantaneously; (Hopefully not a dealbreaker :) heating is provided through the radiator and boiler, which is usually very adequate and we have remote controlled window AC units in place. A space heater is also available but our guests rarely need this. OUR COMMON AREAS AND PARKING ARE CONSTANTLY SURVEILLED BY SECURITY CAMERA. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNITS OR ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING **No parties or gatherings are permitted in this space** We hope hen you leave the space, you would leave it in as great a condition as you met it so the next guest will have an equally excellent stay like you did. Guest access Access is provided to the whole apartment as in the pictures.
