There are a lot of lights inside and outside the house which makes it really bright at night. The well landscaped backyard is beautifully lit. The furnitures is chosen to make you feel at home. The house lies near Highway 880 which leads you to both highways 280 and 101. It’s close to the most beautiful area around here (Santana Row) and the biggest mall in the area which is Valley fair. it’s it’s also just down the street from Santa Clara University and very close to downtown San Jose. The space It’s a nice house with a spacious bright backyard near By Santana Row and Valley fair Mall and down the street from Santa Clara University. It’s very close to downtown San Jose and also San Jose State University. The neighbors are all very friendly. Family oriented neighborhood. Guest access Guests have access to a large living room and nice size kitchen, large closet, two good size bedrooms, a remodeled bathroom and a nice and bright spacious backyard. So basically you can access the whole house and the driveway with the exception of the garage. Street parking is free. Other things to note No pets. No parties. It’s a family oriented neighborhood. Check out is no later than 11 AM, otherwise there will be an extra charge, and the reason for this is cleaning staff needs enough time to get here clean the house, sanitize everything and get it ready for the next guest.
