Private Master Bed and Bath in Townhouse by Beach

A classic San Diego home, two-story townhouse with a private master bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a shared kitchen, living room with a fireplace, and spare bath downstairs. Walking distance or a quick scooter ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and parks. A small patio backyard which backs to the Famosa Slough, a protected natural area with remarkable birdwatching. The nearby beach has a fun and funky vibe perfect for vacation or just a quick break from work. The space We are a 20 minute walk (or 10 minute jog) to Dog Beach, a 10-minute walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, CVS, many fun restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to Baskin Robbins, 7-11, and the local taco shop. The house is filled with skylights, windows, and beautiful wood floors with a cozy little backyard with a fire pit to relax after your day. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am so please be courteous to the neighbors. Guest access We have in unit washer and dryer and if you’d like to venture to the shared community pool, hot tub, volleyball, tennis court, sauna, gym, or game room, just cross the parking lot and enter the “oasis”. The amenities are open from 8am-11pm daily. Welcome home! During your stay I am usually out and about during the day but work locally if there is anything you need and am home and happy to chat or give you space to relax in the evenings. Other things to note I have a small silky terrier named Sparky! He is very friendly and 14 years old so he is quiet (not a barker) and doesn’t shed (yay!). He mostly cuddles and sleeps during the day but loves to sit in laps if you let him! Oh and he will love you forever if you give him one of the treats in his box in the kitchen.
