The bath has a claw foot tub and lots of light. There is a small exterior deck space (no seating) that overlooks the shared patio with a grill! Guest access There are electronic keypads on every door. Access codes are regularly changed. No losing keys! Other things to note Parking in this neighborhood is free and unrestricted all Summer/Spring. During the Fall/Winter you just need to check the signs. Bedroom window Air Conditioning units are removed when overnight temperatures get below 50 degrees to prevent those rooms from getting too cold. We try and leave the living room units installed as long as possible to keep the units cool in the day.
