Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. · Landscaping & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy.
