The space This house is hypoallergenic with tile floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, an updated heated pool with child safety fence and upgraded screen enclosure to keep the bugs away. There are too many amenities to list! All you need is your bathing suit and golf clubs make the most of your vacation. This is a perfect vacation for a couples retreat or a family vacation. We would love to be your host! There is a smart TV in the living room and a Roku TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything to cook a family meal and a Keurig coffee maker. Guest access Contactless Other things to note The air conditioning unit is set to not go below 73 degrees. This is based on Florida Power and Electric recommendations and our Floridian friends and neighbors. If it is necessary to set the temperature lower than 73 degrees, we would be happy to do so for an extra $75/week charge. There are ceiling fans in all rooms that cool the house nicely and a refreshing dip in the pool does the trick, as well. The pool heater is set to 83 degrees in the winter months. We would be happy to increase the temp for an extra $75/week charge. Please be aware if not arranged for in advance, it may take 12-24 hours to make the change.
