Other things to note UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED. ILLEGAL FIREARMS AND DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ON THE PREMESIS. Think of us as a bed and breakfast or a hotel. No one other than the person who is renting or their approved guests are allowed due to liability purposes.
