CHEAP room for Philly: DON'T BOOK HERE if you have dumb expectations for rooms THIS CHEAP. I'm tired of dumb reviews left by those who take advantage of our affordability but expect us to be in a "better" location, have nicer amenities or want special treatment. BOOK ELSEWHERE IF THAT'S YOU. I DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY. NO VISITORS allowed! Guests are NOT permitted to bring visitors, friends or family into the home for any reason. 1 of 2 rooms on the second floor above an UNFURNISHED entrance area. The space DON'T BOOK HERE Because No Visitors Allowed! (see house rules). This CHEAP, Budget Oriented, "NO-FRILLS" Bedroom is 1 of 2 and they're removed of arbitrary amenities which allows us to pass the savings onto you. Our rooms are good enough for passersby but probably NOT for anyone who spends a lot of time inside! Queen bed, WIFI, 48" smart tv, desk, microwave, mini-fridge. The heat is set to 67* during the winter. The air is set to 76* during the summer. Towels are provided but not wash cloths (bring your own). NO FULL KITCHEN OR LAUNDRY! Guest access DON'T BOOK HERE Unless you can check-in after 5pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in available for $28 (check-in after 2pm) and late check-out available for $28 (check-out by 1pm). No leaving luggages before or after your reservation and no bikes storage. During your stay DON'T BOOK HERE because we have a Baking Kitchen that's off-limits to guests and separated by curtains and we sometimes say hello to guests when we can. You can message us if you don't see us. Other things to note DON'T BOOK HERE if you're intolerant of diversity or gentrified neighborhoods! You should pay for a more affluent area if you want a "quiet" or touristy location. This is an AFFORDABLE up-and-coming area with a mix of Philly locals and college students.
