Door County, Wisconsin is a special place in it's own right but Ephraim is a quiet village perfect for families that want to experience an authentic Door County vacation. Families can experience a simpler life, couples can reignite the flame, outdoor enthusiasts can hike, bike or kayak, gals that want girl time can shop til they drop, guys that love to boat, fish, and golf can, and for everyone else in between you'll feel at home while staying in your cottage on 3 acres in gorgeous Door County. The space Meadow View I sits on the front corner of our 3 acre resort. It is sheltered by old growth cypress bushes in the front along with an old growth maple tree which is perfect for a sunny day. This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all things needed to prepare 3 meals per day, a wood stove for chilly nights, games for playing, boosted WiFi, flat screen TV with Spectrum cable, an AC unit, and baseboard heat. The living room boasts a sectional couch and a recliner that is also a lift chair (perfect for senior citizens). It has two bedrooms (queen and two twins) and a full bath. The front porch has two chairs and the yard has a picnic table, BBQ grill and two yard chairs. Parking is right next to your cottage and can fit two cars end to end. No trailers. Guest access The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. There are 9 other units on the property which are only accessible to guests renting the unit. However, the fire pit is available for use at any time of day/evening. The children's playground is available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Other things to note You will want to bring the following items for your stay: 1. Charcoal and lighter fluid if you enjoy grilling (we may have some left over from guests) 2. Doggie bed, crate, bowls, towels for muddy feet and doggie duty bags. 3. Spices/Salt/Pepper as well as foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, and food storage containers. 4. Ice. Bags available for $5/each.
