Whether you're looking for great shopping, dining, nature trails or night life and micro breweries--it's all 20 minutes in either direction. Your home away from home! A quiet retreat at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. WiFi and YouTube TV. The entire upstairs is for your private use. For a guest count over 2, I'll set-up the pull-out queen sofa with a comfy foam topper. Otherwise, you'll be using the bedroom that has 2 TWIN beds. You'll have a private bath, luggage holder, drawer space and closet space for your belongings. Your space has a Keurig coffee maker, water bottles and snacks. Also a microwave and minifridge. There's a shared refrigerator in the garage just down your private stairs for longer stays. The kitchen downstairs is available for any quick easy meal prep you'd like to do, but we request no longer than an hour for each meal as the kitchen is in our open-concept personal living space. You'll be parking in the private cul-de-sac with the nose of your car(s) facing our mailbox unless otherwise advised. There is a 2 car maximum for parking. The downstairs open concept living space (kitchen, dining, living room) is primarily where we hang out. You are welcome to use the kitchen for light meal prep, but PLEASE KEEP YOUR MEAL PREP TO NO MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR ANY ONE MEAL. NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS other than ones listed in the booking without prior permission. Thank you so much for honoring our house rules! We're in a quiet cul-de-sac of a lovely, quiet neighborhood of 2-3 story traditional homes. Everyone is friendly . Quick, easy access to I85/I40/840 and Rte 73 traveling to Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Burlington, Elon and VA. We have a bedroom on the bottom floor that we Airbnb as well, so there may be a downstairs guest in the house during your stay. You would share the garage refrigerator with that guest.
