Weekend retreat as a sole use venue for upto 24 guests at the foot of the Lickey Hills, South Birmingham. Relax and unwind with friends and family or venture outdoors and enjoy 19 holes of golf, tennis courts and 500 acres of country park. 11 well appointed ensuite accommodation with double, twin and family rooms available. 2 bedrooms are dog friendly and there is a charge for this, please see further guidelines if bringing pets. The space Operating as a hotel during the week, we are offering sole use from Thursdays - Sundays for 2, 3- or 4-night stays. 11 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, all with double beds and 2 with twin double beds that can be made into family rooms. The ground floor with its commercial kitchen with plenty of refrigeration, storage and cooking utensils. A large lounge provides mixed seating for up to 22 guests with a television and has beautiful views over Lickey park. The dining room can be configured to your exact requirements whether round or straight tables. We allow you access to the bar with refrigeration and a large variety of glassware, who wants to be Peggy Mitchell for the weekend? The outdoors provides an enormous amount of opportunities, an 18 hole municipal golf course, 4 tennis courts, table tennis and children’s tri golf, picnic areas, a cafe offering all day breakfast sandwiches and hot refreshments and a superb coffee machine, a duck pond and 500 acres of country park that you can’t really get lost in. We will request a minimum of £500.00 deposit on check inwhich will be held and refunded on check out, once we confirm there are no significant breakeages or damage. Some groups may be subject to a higher deposit and this will be confirmed when you enquire with group size and occasion. Guest access All 11 bedrooms Downstairs toilets Reception area Lounge area Dining area with bar Large kitchen Car parking Outdoor patio Other things to note General house rules for pets • Guests can bring dogs no larger than a Labrador. • We ask that dogs be over the age of 1 year, house trained, with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments all up to date. We kindly ask that you don’t bring your dog if she is in season. • We do not permit banned breeds on our premises. • There will be a charge of £15 per night and a pre-authorisation of £500. • Dogs must be always kept on a lead and under control when visiting us. We have wildlife in the gardens and grounds that dogs may chase. • Please be careful to pick up after your dog, waste bins can be found in the car park and around the grounds. Our team will be happy to show you where they’re located. • We are unable to accommodate dogs who are aggressive or who continually bark and disturb other guests. You will be asked to remove dog from the premises in this situation. • We recommend bringing your dog’s bedding with you, the familiarity of something from home will help them to settle in. • Please do not let your dog on any of the furniture or the bed, any damage caused by your dog will incur a full replacement charge. Do not let you dog on the settees in the lounge or in the kitchen area • We ask that you use the outside tap to clean your dog after walks. • We expect dogs to be fully house trained. If there are any “accidents” in the room, please let us know immediately. There will be a cleaning charge. Assistance (Guide) Dogs: Assistance dogs are working animals, not pets, and their owners rely on them for independence and mobility. As such, we do allow registered assistance dogs inside
