Charming southern home tastefully decorated with large front porch with swing located near Camp Lejeune MCB in Country Club Estates. House has a huge shaded yard with a deck, picnic table and hammock. Great place for visiting a member of the USMC and cooking a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or for making trips to nearby beaches. One downstairs bedroom includes a child's crib and a double bed and another downstairs bedroom includes a double bed. An upstairs bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining smaller room with a twin bed and the other upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining smaller room with a twin bed and a roll out twin mattress. Guest access Guest may use any areas with the exception of one locked 5th bedroom. There is a front porch with lounge chairs and swing. A screened in breezeway with overhead fan, small table with two chairs and a wicker couch is located off of the kitchen. In the back of the house there is a deck with two patio tables and chairs, charcoal grill and a gas grill. There is a hammock , picnic table and fire pit underneath huge trees in the back yard. There is a washer and dryer with detergent is available for your use. Two doors have keypads and I will send you the codes. When entering press numbers of code and then press middle button to unlock. When leaving, press the middle button to lock. Do NOT lock the bottom manual lock. Other things to note I have beach towels, beach chairs, suntan lotion and coolers available for your use at the beach. I have a large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. I also have a piano. I have four feral cats that stay outside that I feed. You may or may not feed the cats as you wish as I or my cohost will be glad to feed them. They are not mine, but I feed them because I feel sorry for them. Since I live next to a forest the occasional raccoon and/or opossum will come on the deck to eat the cats’ food. They won’t bother you and will run away if you open the door. They are quite interesting!
