Close to awesome restaurants, shopping, food stores & so much more! FAQ: Q: Are beach towels provided? A: No, we do not supply beach towels, you must bring your own. Q: Location? A: Directly across the street from the beach. The path to the beach is just across the street and a short 2-3 minute walk to the water. Q:Coffee Pot? A: There is a keurig as well as a regular drip coffee machine. You will need to bring your own pods, coffee and filters (sometimes there are filters in the cabinet but I can't guarantee it). Q: Less than a week reservation: A: We mostly take week long reservations but will consider less nights on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and time of year. We will respond to an inquiry promptly, most of the time immediately. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: Yes, there are many restaurants within 1-2 miles Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 4 or Checkout later than 10? A: Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout. We try & go above and beyond if this is requested but can’t guarantee a time as we often address maintenance issues and housekeeping between guests. Please message us the morning of your checkin & request an early checkin. We’ll do our best to get you in prior to 4pm. For late checkout please message us the morning of your checkout. We charge a $40 fee for either early Checkin (2pm) / late checkout (2pm) or $75 for both. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: We have done long term rentals in the past. From March 1 - October 30 the house is rented at a 90% occupancy rate so the monthly rate is only slightly reduced compared to the daily rate (around 20%). From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay. Q: Smoking? A: Outside only & please be responsible. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. We DEEP clean the houses after pets stay due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $200 pet fee is applied for those who travel with a pet and an additional $50 for a second pet. The pets need to be approved ahead of time and are considered on a case by case basis. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. There is a full set of stairs to access the main level of the house. Q: I have a non-profit, will you donate a free stay to my gala? A: I’m sure your cause is worthy, but we get this request far too often so we must decline. Q: I’m a blogger / photographer / ninja trainer… will you barter? A: No. Please don’t ask. We don’t pay our mortgage with your blog posts. Q: Will you partner with my local company or buy my advertising? A: We get penalized through Airbnb if we don’t respond to all inquiries which means we must respond to your spam. You won’t like our message so don’t send it. You will get an access code to get into the house at the time of your reservation, you use this code to access the house at any time of the day or night! You will be given all instructions needed to access the house for your stay prior to arrival. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns for you, and we do our best to address any individual problems ASAP for you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay! Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! We do NOT accept instant bookings but will promptly respond to a reservation request. Most of the time we will respond within minutes. PETS: Allowed with pre-approval. Nonrefundable pet fee of $200 plus an additional $50 for a second pet will be charged.
