Washer and dryer are available for you to use, don’t forget to bring your own laundry detergent. There is a working TV with a casting device to mirror your phone. Common areas include the living room equipped with cozy lighting as well as giant outside porch for relaxing away on balmy Nashville summer nights. A house manager will stop by the property to clean common spaces and check on things around the house but we do ask that you clean after yourself in all common areas for the comfort of all guests. All the amenities are provided. Wi-fi is included. You'll find extra supplies under the kitchen sink, i.e. trash bags, cleaning supplies, sponges, etc. You'll find extra toilet paper in the hall bathroom closet.
