My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 8 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene. The space The property is literally right on the river. The deck overlooks the water. Depending on the season, the wild brown and rainbow trout can be seen cozying up to the river bank, seeking aquatic bugs and terrestrials. The location is ideal for serious anglers and we practice "catch and release" fly fishing. Other things to note The River Sweet is a place where we try to accommodate a group of up to 6 people. There is really only one room in the upstairs space with a queen Murphy bed that has a private door that could be closed for privacy. There is a 3/4 bath upstairs as well. The downstairs sleeping arrangement has a two queen beds in an open concept area. Though the downstairs is open, there is a wall from a closet that holds a mechanics room that divides the space.The downstairs sleeping has a 3/4 bath with a washer and dryer. The downstairs also open up to two decks, one overlooking the river. The downstairs sleeping does not offer complete privacy but the beds are visually separated.
