Quiet country home built new on 5 1/2 acres.4 bedrooms, 2living rooms. In ground pool. 3 bathrooms. Outdoor shower. Open floor plan, a guest room for the Airbnb. Access to kitchen and-kitchen appliances. Access to laundry room. Plenty of parking.Close to 4 major hospitals. Horse country, natural springs. An hour away from Disney, Daytona Beach, or Gulf coast. We are a quiet husband/wife team who’s children are grown and out of the house.We both work. We are also a Hobbie farm with farm animals. The space We are quite and secluded on a dirt road in beautiful horse country. We have a pet tortoise that’s 17 years old. She has run of the 5 1/2 acres. Neighbors are also quiet on same size acreage. Our house was built in 2007 and is the largest and newest in the neighborhood. There’s room outside for shooting bow and arrows or just going for a peaceful walk. You’ll have access to coffee or tea each morning and can sit outside and enjoy the weather if you like. We have a grand piano if you enjoy playing. Check out our goats, cows, chickens, bees, and piggies. We are a true hobby farm. Guest access During the warm weather the in ground pool is available for swimming. You’re welcome to wash your laundry in the laundry room. You’ll share a full bath. You’re welcomed to sit in living room and watch TV. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. Parking is plentiful. Bed room has walk in closet. During your stay We are in the home daily, we do both work. Other things to note Our hobbies, arts and crafts. Painting. Husband is a pilot. Cards, games, going to movies and hanging out with our Chihuahua
