You are NOT next to casinos and craziness, so if thats your vibe this may not be the space for you. We're in a clean, residential area on the inlet that has amazed our guests for years. You'll see! KITCHEN: -Our home boasts a super-clean kitchen with brand new appliances DINING AREA: -Round dining room table seats 7 and a 'kids table' with four additional seats. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -BEDROOM 1- 1 King Sized bed -BEDROOM 2- 2 Double Sized beds -BEDROOM 3- 2 sets of Bunk beds (one of the bunk beds has a bottom futon that folds up for seating or down for sleeping) WORK SPACE: Master bedroom has a full Home Office, complete with docking station, keyboard, 32" curved monitor, and HP wireless printer. LARGER GROUPS: -There is a comfy couch and inflatables available for larger groups/families. AMENITIES: -We've included a poker tabletop and chips if you can't get enough at the casinos. -Use the outdoor shower to wash the day's sand off, and unwind with a glass of wine on our covered front porch with gas fire pit. -We can help arrange anything you need. Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access to the entire home, including our sitting porch, back patio, and outdoor shower. -Please note that there are stairs to access the second level of the home. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. Beach amenities are available but not guaranteed. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable.
