The Peconic bay and all it’s beautiful beaches are just a quick boat ride, kayak or paddle board away and a bike ride away from all the local stores, farms, wineries and breweries the Nork Fork has to offer. The Melody Too is approximately 1,000 square feet with an open lay out, cathedral ceiling and indoor fireplace. East Creek can be viewed from almost anywhere inside the home. Outside we have an outdoor shower, BBQ area and patio area with plenty of seating surrounded by nature. The backyard overlooks the creek with a lower tier which is equipped with an outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating. from this point you can access the water to fish, crab and launch a kayak, paddle board and/or any other water sport activities of your choosing. The Melody Too offers the best of both coastal and country living!
