The space Spacious, top floor condo with open floor plan and comfy furniture, set up for relaxing and feeling right at home. Living room views are lovely, flip on the gas fireplace (or enjoy the A/C!), set up some games, or just sit back & relax. Primary suite has King bed and 3/4 bathroom, and TV. Second bedroom has Queen bed. Living room has Queen sleeper sofa with a surprisingly comfy mattress. We also have a Graco Pack 'n Play & a High Chair available for the little ones. There are 3 beds=King, Queen & Sofa Bed. Also a Pack n Play! Note: this condo has a of Max 6 people that can sleep in the provided beds, and only those registered allowed in condo and use the amenities. Patio with incredible view, Char-Broil gas grill and seating for both casual & dining. Heated Pools & hot tub steps away! (2 pools and 3 hot tubs typically open April -Oct. At least one hot tub open year round). NOTE: Pools are seasonal, typically April - October but varies as is based on weather. The grounds are part of a resort community and also offer a tennis & basketball court, second pool with toddler pool, playground, grills & two additional hot tubs. Pickleball set & (old) tennis rackets and basketball available for your use too. Well-stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, tea pot, blender, griddle, super cool waffle-maker and all you need to easily make snacks and meals. Covered parking for one vehicle, plus additional uncovered parking available. Unit also has a full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron & both bathrooms have hairdryers. The property is next to Enchantment Park offering a playground, bike pump track, skateboard-park, ball fields, sledding hill, and River trail. Take the River trail right to town watching the tubers and rafters float by and the ospreys and king fishers fly. Convenient location for heading to town (about 10 -15 minute walk), trailheads into the Enchantments and other hiking trails, River tubing, Golfing, Nordic & Alpine skiing, biking and tubing at local Ski Hill, or head West to Steven's Pass or East to Mission Ridge Ski areas. Guest access Guests have access to full, spacious condo including full kitchen and in-unit laundry, and covered carport for one car and additional uncovered parking available. High Chair and Pack n Play (bring own pack and play sheets). Also have pool towels, 2 (old) tennis racquets and pickleball set. Resort setting with perks of being in a privately owned unit with 2 heated pools and toddler pool & 3 hot tubs, playground, tennis/pickleball and basketball court. Walk to parks and town location.
