Indoor Haven: The open-concept kitchen and living area offers an ideal setting for unwinding and culinary pursuits. Nestle close to the indoor fireplace, indulging in reading, games, or movies. Location and Nearby Allure: Should you decide to explore beyond our haven during your stay, our location is situated between Grand Bend and Sarnia. A short drive will transport you to the celebrated Pinery Provincial Park, offering its natural allure. Also close by is an array of unique and charming shopping options, restaurants, craft breweries and wineries. Golf enthusiasts will find their paradise with numerous courses at your disposal. Essential Details Regarding Lambton Shores' Short-term Rental By-law (enacted in 2022): It is imperative to be aware of Lambton Shores' Short-term Rental By-law, a measure put in place for the well-being of all. Adhering to this by-law is paramount, as non-compliance may lead to fines for both hosts and guests, and potential demerit points for hosts. To ensure harmony, please note that this property accommodates a maximum of four guests for sleeping/staying purposes, and a serene atmosphere is encouraged after 10 pm. Other things to note 1. High speed internet and smart TVs provided 2. We do not charge a cleaning fee but we do expect guests to leave the cottage in the same condition as when they arrived. 3. Hotel quality bedding and towels are provided. 4. Water from faucets is municipal and is safe to drink. However, we are on a septic system and typical septic system rules apply.
