Quick access to the Mall of America, MSP International Airport, Grand Casino Arena, and downtown life. The space Our pricing is set for four guests at the home. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra $30 per guest. We provide this "value-added service" to ensure you're billed only for the actual number of guests, not a flat rate for the entire property. This pricing structure aims to offer savings and flexibility to our guests, accommodating changes in group size or allowing smaller groups to stay with us. If the number of guests alters after booking, please inform us, and we will adjust the rate accordingly. We are dedicated to being flexible and accommodating, understanding that plans can change. Guest access Check-in is seamless with an electronic door code. We value flexibility, and your privacy is important to us. However, customer service is our top priority, and we are available by text, phone, and email. • A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations via a trusted third-party process to access our property. By completing this reservation, you accept this condition, and no refund will be issued outside of the refund timeline. *Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st and 2nd floors of this 3-story home (the total guest space is 4,700 sq ft, five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and the front yard and stone patio overlooking Lake Phalen). There is a separate private access via the three-season porch. A shared driveway can accommodate two cars, and additional street parking is available. Our focus is on your privacy while staying at Lake Phalen Place. *Separate Owner's Suite: The home's lower level (basement) includes a separate private owner's suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; it's a separate entry. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Owner's Suite, backyard patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private owner's suite at any time. We prioritize our Guests' privacy. Other things to note Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. We offer this "value-added service" to ensure you're only charged for the actual number of guests rather than a flat rate for the entire home.
