Two bedrooms (one king/one queen), 2 new full baths, a cook's kitchen w/ new appliances, washer/dryer, plenty of parking. You'll love the back patio/grill, as well as the fire pit, and outdoor stand-alone pizza oven. Walk 5 minutes to a small local-business area with restaurants, bars, liquor/grocery stores, coffee shop, etc. 15 min from downtown Boulder and easy access to Route 36 and I-470 The space Modern, fully stocked kitchen. Bright with lots of natural light dining room. Dining table. Comfy living room with plenty of seating and electric fireplace. TV has Netflix and Disney+. Master bedroom is a king bed and guest room is a queen bed with a shared bathroom. The other bathroom is close by. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Guest access There will be one locked room in the house (office) not for access. The shed will also be locked not for access.
