Lovely bedroom, recently renovated, beautifully furnished with an adjoining bathroom. The new bed is extremely comfortable, A fridge, microwave and Keurig (coffee machine) are all in the room. A recently renovated bathroom with a bathtub and shower upstais is available for guests to use. Guests can also use a deck with a grill, table and chairs. Behind the house there is a scenic trail along a river. Highway access is nearby. Customer satisfaction and comfort are our goals and priorities. The space This is a historical 100-year-old home that is completely renovated. The historical design and layout make staying here a unique experience. Guests can use a nice deck and walk around a large backyard which is beautifully landscaped including flower beds. Guest access Ample free parking is available next to the house. Downtown St. George is a three-minute drive, there is free parking downtown. There is a large waterfall and salmon ladder a short walk from the town center. A beautiful public beach on Lake Utopia is 10 minutes away by car. Other things to note No pets We will do guest laundry upon request
