A warm & inviting home. New home from the ground up. Brand new comfort Mattress, new bedding, not too firm not too soft. 4,000 squr ft include an outdoor deck area just off of the kitchen, high speed internet, 2 air conditioners & 2 heaters. Laundry right next to bathroom. Convenient location 4 blocks to pink line & 8-15 minutes to downtown contingent on time of day. Driving it is 10 minutes to downtown. We are near to Chinatown, McCormick Place, South Loop, Soldier Field & Museums. The space I have tried to make this space as quiet and comfortable as possible providing a white noise machine along with ear plugs. You also have your very own sink in the room for added privacy. I have slept in this space to see what would be needed for a guest. The buzzer is purposely off, you must make prior arrangements, including time you will be arriving so I know to expect you, please call me when you are outside so that I may open the door if I am home. If I am not home a roommate can open up for you or access to lockbox with detailed instructions will be provided. Please make sure the gate is locked at ALL times and I kindly ask NOT to slam the gate or the front door. All shoes must be removed at the entrance, no excuses, thank you. Please bring your own toiletries as I do not provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, combs, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. If you are on an extended stay feel free to use the kitchen and the tools provided at your leisure however you should immediately clean all dishes, dry them and put them back where you found them, please clean up after yourself. Clean, respectful, drug-free, laid back and not too loud as we should respect others sleep schedules. Absolutely NO outside guests are allowed. Guest access Only the two floors. Do not go upstairs as it is private. Do not go into other peoples rooms as they are private. You may use the front and back patios HOWEVER you must gently lock and put the safety bars back to close the doors, this aspect is a MUST to keep everyone in the household safe. During your stay I respect our privacy, I will be available for emergencies and cleaning however I am busy with work, so if you need anything kindly message me and I can make myself available or someone else in the house. Other things to note I supply ear plugs to light sleepers as well as a machine that provides white noise for ease of sleep. The house is very quiet. I ask all guests to be just as respectful. Please note I do not store luggage under any circumstances, not before or after check in, kindly do not ask, thank you.
