Pool is solar-heated; temperature varies with weather and may be cooler in colder months. The space The full kitchen and living area overlook the heated pool and a peaceful private nature preserve, giving the home a bright and open feel. The 10-foot ceilings and open floor plan create plenty of space for groups of up to 9 guests (all guests must be listed on the reservation). The lounge offers comfortable seating and a smart TV for relaxed viewing. Each bedroom includes its own large smart TV for added privacy and convenience. • Primary Suite: King bed, oversized bath, and large walk-in shower • Second Bedroom: King bed • Third Bedroom: Queen bed • Fourth Bedroom: Two twin beds The backyard is fully fenced, offering privacy around the pool, patio, and outdoor seating areas. Super-fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the private fenced backyard, and the solar-heated pool area. Enjoy the hammock lounge, covered patio, poolside grill, and every amenity the property offers. Parking is available in the driveway for your convenience. Other things to note All guests must be listed on the reservation • No parties, events, or unregistered visitors • Quiet hours: 10pm–8am • Smoking/vaping is permitted outdoors only Pool Notice: The pool is solar-heated, and water temperature varies with outdoor weather. During colder months, the pool may not reach warm or swimmable temperatures even with heating active. The system is fully maintained but does not function like a hot tub.
