Hot tub and pool await… The space Enjoy the easy living of this single story ranch style home settled nicely on a 1 acre property within walking distance to downtown Loomis. There is a place for everyone to recharge whether it's swinging in a hammock on the deck, sinking into a leather chair in front of the fireplace, floating in the pool or practicing yoga or meditating in the sunbeams of the main bedroom. The home has a great layout for families traveling with grandparents or a nanny - with one bedroom and full bath with a private french door entrance on the opposite side of the home as the 3 other bedrooms. There is plenty of private blacktop for bike riding, roller skating and basketball games. Bring your fishing rod and throw out a fishing line and catch a bass in our fully stocked pond (catch and release only). In the summer/fall help yourself to the veggie and flowers gardens as well as the fruit trees. In the hot summer months you can enjoy the 4 foot deep plunge pool with stadium stairs. This pool is not heated, but stays between 75-82 degrees when the weather is hot. No Diving in this pool, as it is only 4 feet deep. Please do not leave young children unattended outside. One small house trained dog 25lbs or less may be considered with $75 pet fee and previous good reviews - Please inquire before booking Guest access Guest will have access to entire house with the exception of a couple closets (hanging racks and some drawer space will be provided). Guess will not have access to the detached garage, but there is parking for numerous cars in the gated driveway. Other things to note This home does not have cable - but there are Smart TV's in the living room and kitchen. The TV's in the main bedroom, guest suite and back deck have Chromecast and the ability to cast shows/movies from your device. One Small house trained dog 25lbs or less may be considered with additional pet fee. Please inquire ** gardener/pool maintenance worker on property 1-2 times per week.
