This is it! 2 out of the 4 bedrooms are HUGE with their work desk and TV! house is right next to Huntington Woods, 5 minute drive to downtowns of Royal Oak/Ferndale, quick drive to downtown Detroit 400mbps wifi! Everything included, just bring your toothbrush! We cater to longer term bookings as well. Look at my profile for my other properties in the same area and also near downtown Detroit. If you care about getting high quality rest during your vacation this is the house! Let me give you the rundown: - Second Floor - 2 HUGE bedrooms with 1.5 baths, King Bed with 50" LCD TV in one room, Queen Bed with a 46" LCD TV in the other, the beds are AMAZING. The rooms are so spacious that I added a sofa sleeper and an air mattress for a total of 4 possible beds on the second floor. - First Floor - 2 medium sized bedrooms (queen and full) with a full bath. - Kitchen/Dining room - Everything you need for your cooking needs with newer stainless steel appliances and even though it's on the smaller side it can expertly fit 8 people on the table. - Living Room - New High quality, comfortable leather furniture with a 55" LCD TV. >> Internet: EXTREMELY FAST (400mbps) >> Cable: We don't provide cable but our TVs have Roku to watch movies, live tv, shows, etc. - Backyard: Picnic table with shade provided + Gas BBQ Grill! - Neighborhood: Family oriented, very safe and very quiet, quiet enough to take a nice jog and close enough to all the nightlife around southeast Michigan, a small drive away to all the popular downtowns to enjoy the nice restaurants/bars/theaters. No event held in southeast Michigan is to far for this location. PLEASE MAKE NOTE: - Check-in time is 5:30 pm, Check-out time is 11:00 am, if possible I work with my guests to make the times flexible if the schedule allows and most times I can but guests should plan for these times. - There are 2 outside cameras facing the driveway Guest have access to the entire house 100%! I live a few blocks away so I'm available for any questions/issues any time, no question is to small, I'm here to make sure my guests have an amazing time. The neighborhood is VERY SAFE, VERY QUIET, and good neighbors. Perfect for people wanting a quiet and relaxing place but close enough to the main highways to get anywhere . If you don't have a car then UBER and Lyft are great options.
