Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk. Our Tiny is a great escape in the smallest of ways! *Unfortunately, the tiny is NOT suitable for Children and any type of animal. Truthfully the tiny is best for two people! Not families. If you are looking for a full kitchen and a space that serves the “whole family” this might not be ideal for you. Please note: We are located in the sticks of Florida and do have lots of plants and trees that surround the tiny. So if you leave the door open you might have a tropical critter come thru for visit! Bedroom above kitchen sleeps two and is a queen size bed. The loft above the bathroom sleeps one. Ladder is not secured to wall so be aware and mindful when climbing up and down. Climb at your own risk. The couch turns into a twin bed please use sheet in closet when you fold out to sleep on. We hope you book and enjoy our tiny oasis You will have private parking behind the tiny home and can have access to our pool. Our only request is that you would notify us when you’d like to use it so we are sure to give you privacy and that it would be available. Especially during the summer as our son loves to get in the pool sometimes twice a day! #crazy Unfortunately our pool is NOT heated, so the temperature will vary depending on the weather outside. We have been hosts before and while we love meeting new people we respect visitors desires to keep their space. Especially during these times! We available via text or phone call anytime! Our tiny home is slightly in the country but not too far away from civilization. It’s the perfect in between we have cows down the street and it’s a peaceful place overall :) Lake Mills park is just down the street as well. You can walk or ride there in just a few minutes. The city center of Oviedo is only about a 12 min drive where you can find Starbucks, chick-fil-a, outback, tropical smoothie and so much more! We are about a 3 min drive away from Publix too 🛒 Getting around to the beach, restaurants and theme parks will definitely require a car. Lake mills park is a walk down the street! (About 1/2 a mile!) We live in the home adjacent to the Tiny Home and my husband and I both work from home! We are an active family that hosts Sunday church service from our home occasionally and have friends come over and enjoy our pool and backyard. We truly try our best to notify you when we there will be significant commotion and respect the space of the tiny if there is. If it is important to you to know every play date, event etc we have please notify me prior to booking. As I am a mother of two little people and have a fur baby and it might slip my mind to give you a heads up!
