Great downstairs space of home in the heart of cordova near Shelby Farms park, Wolfchase Galleria, and lots of great dining options. The space You will have the full downstairs with no shared spaces which has new hardwood floors throughout, full kitchen, a gas fireplace in living room,and the master bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet. You will have uninterrupted access thru the front door and there is seating on the front porch. There is a smart tv in the bedroom and living room. You will have the driveway for parking.Located in the suburb of Cordova, this home definitely offers peace and quiet as well as a sense of safety for your stay. To be specific the backyard is not a part of the listing to prevent any spaces from being shared because when needed I use the rear entrance which is behind the privacy curtain to the the upstairs which is off limits to guests. Guest access There is seating on the front patio that can be used for smoking. There is a curtain that blocks the upstairs and back door so you have privacy, that is the private entrance I use if I’m in town so your stay is uninterrupted Other things to note I don’t have any pets and you’ll find I keep a tidy home that smells nice. I do not allow parties there is a noise ordinance and fines.
