The space The high spacious ceilings, woodland views all around. The location is only minutes from city conveniences. Private parking is next to the house. Has well water with water softener (water pressure is 7 on scale of 1 - 10 with 10 as strongest) This is a no-smoking living space. No pets permitted (because of allergies). There is no fire pit. There is a steep embankment near the house that overlooks the Clinton River Watershed with steps down to the water. Property is next to a private artist studio and sculpture park. Must open & close the gate to the property when coming and going. Guest access Guests have full access to home living space. Other things to note There is a gate at the entrance to the property. Guests will have a key. The gate must be opened and closed when arriving or leaving the property.
