There is a steep embankment near the house that overlooks the Clinton River Watershed with steps down to the water. Property is next to a private artist studio and sculpture park. Must open & close the gate to the property when coming and going. Guest access Guests have full access to home living space. Other things to note There is a gate at the entrance to the property. Guests will have a key. The gate must be opened and closed when arriving or leaving the property.
