Very clean, cool and cozy in a quiet West Lawrence neighborhood with your own private bathroom with a dual head shower and bathroom supplies. There are also plenty of water and snacks, coffee and tea of course. Also WiFi, TV, refrigerator and microwave.The couch and bed are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. It is close to the Brandon Woods community, the Arboretum nature park, the Bakers Wetlands, Clinton Lake, KU and freeways to take you outside of Lawrence. We are also a very short distance to Theatre Lawrence. Also close to the Sports Pavilion and Youth Sports complex for Youth sports tournaments etc. This is a great space for a couple’s getaway, hikers and bikers, a traveling professions, nature photographer or those visiting college kids and the great city of Lawrence. PS. I have an OXY 4 air purifier which will help clean air of bacteria, etc. Guest access You will walk up 8 steps through front door and go downstairs to suite, you have access to whole lower level. And are welcome to sit on front porch. The front door has a keypad. You will receive you entry code once you book. Parking is in my driveway on the left side of it. Also please text me if you have questions or issues getting in. If I am not at home, I am close by. Other things to note We offer WiFi, a refrigerator, and microwave, DirecTV and streaming sevices. You also have access to the washer/ dryer. You have snacks, coffee, tea and water . We provide towels, shampoo and other little extras. I have a sweet dachshund, Ziggy Stardust, who stays upstairs behind a gate. He does not have access to guest area. I also have friendly and quiet neighbors.
