This small studio has a one king bed, a fold out sofa and a small dining room table. It is located in the top floor of a historic building and steps must be climbed to enter. The small kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. A bathroom with a stand up shower. We offer a smart tv that will allow you to link your accounts to stream favorite television shows. Internet is provided. There is a main room at the top of the stairs, please make yourself at home! Feel Free to reach out at anytime! I’m happy to help in anyway I can! Located in downtown Davis, in a quick walk to local eateries and shops. 2 miles from Blackwater Falls State Park and numerous hiking and biking trails. You are welcome to park anywhere on William Ave. We recommend that you avoid parking in front of the post office. Bikes may be stored within the building, during your stay. We purchased this building in the middle of this crazy pandemic. It’s been a pretty major project and we are doing our best to renovate, keep the integrity of the old and make upgrades on this awesome historic building. We are very excited to finally be able to host guests. Please excuse our messes and works in progress. This building has loads of character and creature comforts.
