Welcome to or welcome back to Happy Valley! If you're new to town, you're going to love it! If you're coming back for a visit, it's just as you remember it - only better! I've lived in State College for 15 years and I have a passion for hosting and entertaining. Please let me know if you have any questions about your booking. The space We love to host gatherings and have made our home a special place to make memories. The house is located about 2 miles from Beaver Stadium; perfect to walk, cab, ride share or take the game-day shuttle. Guests comment that our house is accessible to the stadium and downtown State College and that it is spacious, well-appointed, and organized. Our well-lit wraparound deck overlooks a wooded, private yard. Guests are also welcome to use the gas grill and fire pit. We will have a coffee and tea station and other special touches peppered throughout the house. There is a park in close walking distance that offers playground equipment for the kiddos. We ask that no events or parties take place on our property that involve those who are not staying on the premises. Please share any details of your visit that require special attention upon booking. We are happy to work with you and appreciate your open communication! Guest access You'll have access to all rooms and space of the house with the exception of the garage and basement area. Other things to note Our basement area is not accessible to guests as we use it for personal storage.
