With the recent addition of a dock, it's also the perfect spot for boating enthusiasts! The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The sunny bedroom features a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the deck, allowing you to wake up to the mesmerizing lake views. In the living room, you'll find a cozy futon sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. Alternatively, if you prefer, we provide a blow-up mattress for your convenience. Our full bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals. Essential appliances, including a coffee maker and a toaster oven, are provided to meet your culinary needs. Relax and unwind in the living room, where a comfortable futon and a flat-screen smart TV await. With Roku available, you can easily log in to your personal Netflix, Hulu, MAX, or other streaming accounts (just remember to log out before departure!). Guest access During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the suite. The building contains other units, but none of the living spaces are shared. The outdoor space, including lake, dock, backyard, firepit and grill are shared. There is a parking lot available, up the stairs from the unit Other things to note ➡Please note that this apartment is located in a building with other units with other full-time residents. ➡The property is reached by going down a set of stairs from the driveway. ➡You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and more info. ➡If you are bringing your pet, please add it to the reservation for an additional $75. ➡PLEASE keep the noise to a minimum after 10 PM. ➡Swimming and boats in the lake may not be allowed from October to January. The lake is to be drawn for cleaning and maintenance. ➡The dock is accessible. Jetski port is subject to availability/ $20 per day. ➡ As a guest, you are required to clean the grill if you use it. If we find that the grill was used and wasn't cleaned, we'll add a $50 cleaning fee to your reservation. ➡Just so you know, the kayaks are unavailable as it says in the picture descriptions; they're just beautifying the photos. :)
