We would love to have you as a guest in our newly renovated space. The apartment is in the lower level of our house located in the Cliffside neighbourhood of east end Toronto. Lots of space in our kitchen/dining area, large bedroom, large bathroom and living room. Cozy up together in the living room to enjoy browsing through the books and board games or watch a movie on Netflix or DVD. Use our space as a home base to explore Toronto or to chill and relax. The space When travelling, we always appreciate a useable kitchen. The kitchen is stocked for cooking your own meals, or doing some simple baking. You will find the basics, such as oil, spices, cookware and bakeware, dishes, and cutlery. We will also provide some basics like tea and coffee, sugar, oatmeal. Guest access You will enter the house through our side door. You will go downstairs and enter the apartment. Everything in the apartment is your exclusively. We have our own main entrance at the front of the house but sometimes use the side door for deliveries or checking the mail. We also use the stairs to get to the laundry room, located outside your apartment. You may use the laundry room if we discuss timing. Other things to note We have a very friendly dog. You wouldn't have to interact with him. You may hear him bark infrequently. You may also hear him walking around from time to time. We are a family living upstairs. You will hear us going about our daily lives. We try our best to be quiet. We observe quiet hours from 11pm to 7am on weekdays and 12midnight to 8am on the weekends.
