Living room has powerful ceiling fan which draws cooled air. Kitchen has no stove. It does have two electric burners which work well; large microwave & toaster oven; full-size 'fridge & dishwasher. You have a large lower yard with seating that is also completely private. Cats & dogs are welcome; there is a long, wood chip kennel for dogs outside your bedroom windows and more seating.
