This delightful unit features one bedroom + living room / office, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Located in the Upper East Side on 94th Street between 1st - 2nd Avenue (walkup building) Featuring 1 bedroom + office / living room, fully equipped kitchen and marble tiled bathroom. The bedroom includes a Full-size bed, there is another single sofa bed in the other room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available. Linens and towels will be provided. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. Please note that utilities are not included in the monthly rent. From June 1st to October 1st, the utilities are $350 per month, while for the rest of the year, they are $300 per month. The utilities fee should be paid directly to the host during check-in. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit) For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange it for an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
