Juniper Casita is a peaceful tiny house set in a quiet location available for 31 day or longer stays. We have a work friendly sit-stand desk & WiFi speeds over 450 Mbps. The perfect blend of seclusion yet just minutes to the Joshua Tree village & the West entrance of JTNP. It offers great views in all directions. Sit out back to relax in the solitude & the beauty of the Mojave Desert. Catch a magical sunrise. Enjoy 40 mile vistas. Or soak in a starry night with a cozy fire. The space You will enjoy a bright studio style bedroom with a queen size memory foam bed, love seat couch, an adjustable sit-stand desk, adjacent bathroom with a shower stall and a separate kitchenette. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, toaster oven, an induction cook-top, and many cooking utensils. There is a Weber propane grill and a propane fire-pit out back for your private use. You will also have access to the washer and dryer. Juniper Casita has about 360 square feet of interior space, with wide open space in the yard, especially the back patio. The Casita has high speed cable based internet, a Roku TV and great cell phone reception, perfect for working remotely. Guest access Juniper Casita is a standalone guest house and most of the time you will have the entire 2 1/2 acres of property to yourself. Other things to note Our cleaners are highly rated professionals and have always been committed to high standards of cleaning and sanitation between guest stays. Hali and her team are Certified by the American House Cleaners Association. They only use CDC approved sanitization solutions and they meet or exceed Airbnb and the CDC guidelines for cleaning & sanitation. We have recently upgraded the Casita with a new mini split AC and heater, a propane tankless hot water heater, a brand new kitchenette, a fresh coat of paint, and all new furnishings.
