We are located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Williston at the end of the road in a peaceful country setting overlooking the Missouri River. There is plenty of opportunity for wildlife viewing, and close proximity to fishing and hunting in the area. Located minutes away from the Lewis and Clark Bridge boat launch. We have parking available on the property for boats and trailers. The rental is a daylight basement apartment below a two story home. The apartment has a private entrance located around the back with patio and view of the river. The apartment consists of a main living room with a couch, coffee table, dining table, and kitchenette with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There is one private bedroom with one queen and one twin bed and one bathroom with a shower tub combo, and a washer and dryer located in unit. Private daylight basement apartment and downstairs patio with access to outdoor yard. In addition to the daylight basement apartment, the upper two stories of the home is listed and rented as an airbnb. The owner also lives on the property in an attached suite and is available by phone for questions or assistance. We are located in a rural farming area. There is no public transportation in area and you will need your own vehicle. There is onsite parking available. Property owner operates Mr. KAB Taxi and Shuttle Service and is available for shuttle anywhere in the state, and some locations in Montana and Wyoming. No pets live on site, we are pet friendly and may allow well behaved dogs with additional pet cleaning fees, and with prior approval. The owner lives on site and there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property for security.
