POOL OPEN MAY-OCT: Fees apply - see rules section HOT TUB OPEN 24/7/365: No extra charge Guest access You have full and unlimited access to the entire house and PRIVATE 3-acre property, including the private outdoor heated pool (heat fees apply - see house rules), private outdoor hot tub (open 24/7/365 - no additional fees), and outdoor fire pit. Your privacy will always be respected. There are no security cameras, and visits by housekeeper and/or management will be announced in advance whenever possible. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT: From memorial day through labor day and when we have other guests checking out on the same day that you are checking in, early check-in and/or late check-out is almost never possible. However, you might be able to drop off luggage earlier, with advance request, subject to our rental & housekeeping schedule. In the off-season (after labor day and before memorial day) early check-in and/or late check out (usually an hour or 2 in either direction) is very often possible, depending on our rental & housekeeping schedule. We do our best to honor all reasonable requests and we never charge extra for this service, but we can't guarantee early check in or late check out until a day or 2 in advance as our rental schedule can be subject to last-minute bookings. PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS: Pets & service animals are welcome to stay for an extra non-refundable fee: $220 per animal per stay. Please message Rick ASAP, as your fees must be paid before check-in. IN-SEASON SWIMMING POOL FEES FOR STAYS FROM/including MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH/including LABOR DAY: As per our posted policy, the pool is open & cleaned at no extra charge. The fee is $250/stay to heat the pool to 78-80 degrees (“refreshingly pleasant”), OR $450/stay to 86-88 degrees (get right in without having to “get used to it” warm, and stay in longer with no “blue lips”). Message Rick ASAP or at least 10 days prior to check-in to request the pool heat option of your choice, and you will be sent a payment request through this AIRBNB message portal. Note: depending on outside temps, it may take until afternoon for the temp to get back up to your desired temperature. OFF-SEASON SWIMMING POOL FEES FOR STAYS AFTER LABOR DAY & BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY: In the off-season, the pool is open in May and September through the 1st or 2nd weekend of October. During this time the pool chemistry (chlorine, etc.) is always balanced and safe to swim in free of charge without heat or pool cleaning. The fee during this time period is $325/stay to clean & heat the pool to 78-80 degrees. Message Rick ASAP or at least 10 days in advance if you would like to pay to have the pool cleaned and heated, and you will be sent a payment request through this AIRBNB message portal. Note: depending on outside temps, it may take until afternoon to get back up to 78-80 degrees. The pool is closed from the 1st or 2nd weekend of October – April 30th The private outdoor hot tub is open 24/7/365 - no charge
