From the porch there is a nice nice view of the bay. It sits on an acre so plenty of room to park your boat. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, you will enjoy having your own space. The dining table seats guests 8. Having a living room on one side of the house creates a separate area so others can still be up without disturbing the rest of the guests. If you like a spacious house so that each person has their own privacy and "space" it is perfect. Please see the photos to get an idea of the atmosphere of the home.
