Do-Little Dock The space Do-Little Dock is an inviting deep-water canal home that combines effortless boating access with a direct beach entrance just steps away at the end of the street. Designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment, the home features a welcoming front porch, a full-width back deck, and a private floating dock with ramp—perfect for boating, kayaking, or fishing. A spacious sun deck with built-in seating and a fish-cleaning sink overlooks the canal, providing the ideal spot to take in the views. Inside, the comfortable living room includes a 46" flat-screen TV, with additional TVs in every bedroom. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and enjoy thoughtful touches such as ceiling fans throughout, an extra freezer, and ample storage. An enclosed two-car garage provides secure parking and a dedicated storage area available for guest use. After a day on the water or at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and unwind on the deck as the sun sets over the canal. Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals: Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation. Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals only. A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.) Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. From our entire staff, welcome to Holden Beach!  Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
