All dishes, utensils, pots, pans, sheets, some towels, pillows and blankets provided. There is also a laptop desk and a narrow space on the counter for eating or a laptop. The space The bed is a comfortable spring mattress sofa/sleeper. The "kitchen" is a tiny room where we have provided a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, electric skillet, hot plate, blender and coffee pot. Guest access For added convenience and flexibility, guests will receive a code to our smart lock before check-in. This means that you can access the property at any time after the designated check-in time, which is 4:00 PM. To easily unlock the smart lock, simply press any button once and the lock will light up, allowing you to see to press the code and enter the premises. This hassle-free and secure method ensures that you can effortlessly settle into the rental whenever you arrive. Additionally, if you require early access to the property before the designated check-in time, you have the option to request it for a fee of $60, provided that it's available. This allows you the flexibility to customize your arrival time and start enjoying your stay as soon as possible. The availability of a smart lock and the option for early access further enhance the convenience and comfort of this rental. Although 30 days is the minimum number of days you can book we give big enough discounts that you will still save money even if you don’t stay the full 30 days. Once you have booked your stay I will contact you to tell you about the key. No loud noises or parties are permitted as there are other apartments in the house with working professionals who need their sleep. Please wash all your dishes and put them away when you’re finished and wipe down all appliances. Keep the floors swept mopped and vacuumed.
