The living room has a brand new queen size sofa. The living room/dining room is perfect for large gatherings with comfortable seating area including sofa and loveseat , additional chairs and tables, a 65" ultra HD 4K smart flat screen TV with ALL the channels you'd want including ESPN, etc. The dining room table seats up to 10 people. We have a separate fully stocked coffee bar that includes Athen's owned Jittery Joe's coffee.
