In the heart of Manhattan close to Grand Central Station. Modern unit. Resort amenities including a beautiful rooftop terrace, fitness center, and WiFi I have a one bedroom with a pull out couch in the main living area. I can sometimes get access to a two bedroom with a pull out couch that would sleep 6. I can check availability when you submit dates and the two bedroom would be an EXTRA $225 PER NIGHT up charge. This property DOES NOT fall under the NY law about renting out apartments. Guest access This is a Wyndham Vacation Resort of which I am an owner. You will be listed as my guest. I will need the name of the person checking in, an email, home address, and phone number after the booking to list you as my guest. It is difficult to list all the available dates my unit is open for rent on AirBNB so when you make a request I will check the dates and let you know if all the dates are available or not.
