This cabin is located minutes from West Jefferson and Boone. We allow pets and will only add $10 per night. We are hands off hosts so you are assured a private and relaxing experience. We space at least 3 days between guests due to COVID. We can arrange longer stays if the spacing of guests allows. Come enjoy a cozy mountain escape right on the new river. This fully renovated cabin has all that you could ask for. Nestled in the Appalachian mountains, enjoy your time here tubing, relaxing by a fire, hiking, skiing, fishing, or just enjoying the front porch. We are 15 minutes to Boone, N.C. and 10 minutes to down town West Jefferson. In your backyard you can enjoy a bonfire and the new river complete with an access point. A quick few steps out the front door you can go say hi to the neighbors cows. We are dog friendly and welcome your fur babies. The cabin features two full bedrooms and two full baths. The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably with two king sized beds. Perfect retreat to work from home. We have high speed WiFi, a desk, and two TVs with roku. We also have a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. A grill is also provided on the back porch to make your stay more enjoyable. Linens are included along with hygiene products. The porches are fully gated allowing you ease of mind for your four legged friends. The property features plenty of privacy without a neighbor in sight. You have full access to the cabin, grounds and the 2 porches. Located on a paved private road that borders our neighbors cow pasture. You have a covered front porch and back deck with a gas grill. Both porches have pet gates to insure the safety of your pets. We are always a text away and we prompted get back to you. We are trust you to take care of the cabin and we respect your privacy. Public transportation is not really an option in a rural community. You will need a car to enjoy your mountain adventure. In January and February, an all wheel drive vehicle is sometimes best depending on the weather. If you have any concerns as to your pet and the rugs or door facings we ask that you utilize the pet crate we provide when you are not there.
